History of  the I Don't Care Cafe

Welcome to the I Don't Care Cafe. People ask us why the name? It started about a year ago when people were telling Heather and Jason to open their own catering company and restaurant. After finding a place a year later Heather and Jason found this little cafe and decided to purchase it. As time went on they were looking for a name to stick out. They came up with "Sista's" name after Heather. They decided on the name. Then on Sunday February, 1 2004, their pastor asked were do they want to eat and their response was I don't care. So they put their minds together and decided that there should be a place called "I Don't Care Cafe". Now when people ask you were to you want to go eat, and they say I don't care. Now you can bring them to the I Don't Care Cafe.
